At TYTN Workwear, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our work boots are covered by a
6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you believe your boots have developed a manufacturing defect during this period, please contact us and we will assess your claim.

6-Month Manufacturing Defect Warranty

At TYTN Workwear, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our work boots are covered by a
6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If
you believe your boots have developed a manufacturing defect during this period, please contact us
and we will assess your claim.

What is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use, including, but
not limited to, faulty stitching, sole separation caused by a manufacturing defect, defective zippers,
defective eyelets or hardware, and other manufacturing faults.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, cuts, punctures,
abrasions, chemical or heat damage, improper care, alterations or repairs by third parties, incorrect
sizing or fit, or cosmetic wear that does not affect the performance or safety of the product.

Making a Warranty Claim

Please email contact@tytn.com.au with your order number or proof of purchase, clear
photographs of the issue and a brief description of the problem. We may request that the boots be
returned for inspection before determining the outcome of your claim.

Warranty Assessment

If your claim is approved, TYTN Workwear will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include
repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
