All orders are packed and shipped from Perth, Western Australia (WA).
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
Orders placed before 12pm (AWST) on business days are shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are shipped the next business day.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or a similar carrier.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
New Zealand Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping to New Zealand.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times from dispatch:
Standard Shipping (NZ): $15 — estimated 4–9 business days
Express Shipping (NZ) – Available soon
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier handling, or rural and remote delivery locations.
Any duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by New Zealand authorities (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand, with the United States launching soon.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are shipped according to the estimated dispatch timeframe shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
You’ll receive email updates on production and dispatch progress.
Pre-order items shipped to New Zealand are subject to standard New Zealand shipping rates.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
