Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund

Refunds are processed within 2–7 business days to the original payment method once the cancellation is confirmed.

Returns & Size Exchanges

Unused boots may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or size exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Boots must be unused and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging
• All tags and accessories must be included

Return shipping:
Australia: We cover return shipping costs for all returns and size exchanges
New Zealand: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are processed within 2–7 business days after we receive the boots.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return, please contact us using the Contact Us page or email contact@tytn.com.au, including:
• Your order number
• The reason for the return or exchange

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:
• Boots showing signs of wear beyond minimal try-on
• Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees for faulty or defective products.
